House. Mid C18. 2 storeys, 2 windows, timberframed, plastered,
facing W. Weatherboarded apron at front and gabled thatched
roof. Central gabled tiled modern porch. External gable
chimneys. 2-light C18 leaded casement window at 1st floor right.
2-light C19 casement on left and 3-light windows on Ground floor.
County Fire Office plaque between upper windows. Lower,
contemporary, rear outshot and small rear extension of 1973. The
house was 2 cottages c.1900 and was combined c.1967 (info owner).
Thin timber-framing exposed internally. 2 structural bays with
axial floor beam. Squared joists and beams exposed. Part of a
group of varied historic buildings.
