1859 by Butterfield. Two large blocks at the junction of Enborne Road and
Rockingham Road linked by a tower at the corner. Two storeys and attic. Tiled
roofs with coped gables. Red, patterned brickwork. Traceried windows with gabled
dormers. Tower with short hexagonal spire with modern triangular lucarnes; arched
doorway in base of tower.
