Late C18 one and a half storey cottage with rear outshut and barn to east
end, increasing in height with fall of ground. Irregular coursed sandstone
"bricks", barn partly dry walled. Stone slate roof with corniced chimneys.
Cottage has 2 light square mullion window and glazing bar sash window both in
squared surrounds. Central 4 panel door with squared jambs. Heavy lintel to
barn doorway.
