GV II

House, at end of row. Early C19. Rendered, slate roof. Set
well back from street, a symmetrical frontage to an L-plan
range return to a pedestrian lane to the left; the ground
rises rapidly from front to rear of the site. 3 storeys;
3-window front. 3/6-pane sashes to first and second floors
above 6/6-pane to the ground floor, all in plain reveals. The
central 6-panel fielded door is under a flat elliptical
fanlight, set in deep reveals. There are brick stacks to left
and right. The left return, which is hipped, retains some
original glazing-bar sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
