Late C19 stone; patterned slate pavilion roof. Four storeys plus basement and two tiers of attics; four bays plus the curved return into Church Street. Ground floor with banded rustication and an open pedimented porch on granite columns and three arched windows. First and second floors with banded rustication and articulated by stone pilasters and granite columns. First floor windows with pediments. Second floor windows arched and with segmental pediments. Third floor windows arched and with balustrading at their feet. Eaves balustrade with three arched attic windows. In the roof, two small dormer windows.

The long return on Church Street plainer.
