House. C17. Timber framed construction with colourwashed plaster infill.
Thatched roof, hipped at S end. Originally of 2-room plan, one storey and
attics, with later single storey bay added to S, producing the hip in the
roof. C20 one storey and attics bay added to N end. Original block E
elevation has one 3-light casement, one single light and part glazed door to
ground floor, 2 eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements. All windows are C20
replacements with glazing bars. Later S bay juts forward. This is caused by
a lath and plaster wall erected to hide struts supporting the main wall. One
red brick double ridge stack, one external red brick stack to S end.
