GV II


Inn. Late C17/early C18 on foundation said to be c1490. Roughcast
faced rubble stone, slate roof to front, pantile to rear, 3 brick
stacks. Single front range and rear wing to right, 2 storeys. 4
windows, 3-light wood mullions, 3 similar to ground floor with wide
doorcase left of centre with flat hood. Right hand return has large
chimney stack half projecting and large sloping brick buttress.
Rear wing has stone mullion 2 and 3-light windows with wood
lintels.
Interior retains many original beams.
