ST 69 NE HAM AND STONE -

4/175 Lowerstone Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C17/early C18. Roughcast faced over brick,
concrete tile roof, rendered brick stacks. L-plan with rear
outshut and additional wing at right angles to main arm of L. 2
storeys and attic in gable end. Main range has 3 windows, 3-light
leaded wood mullion and transoms (centre one boarded), and 2 on
smaller wing of L. Central doorcase with wood trelliswork porch.
Rear has 2-light wood mullion windows. At time of survey (December
1984) no access to interior, and exterior in semi-derelict
condition.
