Terraced town house. c.1810-20, as part of J.T. Parkinson's Montagu
Square Portman Estate development. Stock brick with stuccoed ground
floor; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 4 windows wide.
Entrance, in slightly advanced 2nd ground floor bay from left, has
architrave surround with segmental pediment over; panelled door and
fanlight. Recessed sashes, those on ground floor in architrave
surrounds, those on upper floors with stuccoed reveals under flat gauged
arches. Plat band finishes off stuccowork at 1st floor level. Crowning
stucco cornice and blocking course. Cast iron area railings with urn
finials.
