C16 cottage, timber framed and plastered with road-gable cased in painted brick
and one bay of exposed framing on west wall. South bay roofed in machined red
tile, 2 framed bays to north thatched with 2 eyebrow dormers. Red brick chimney
stack at junction of roofs. Ground elevation west has a timber 'Romayne' window
head and 2 x 9 pane casements, west door and a 12-pane fixed casement.
