Row of houses. Mid C19. Stock brick channelled stucco to ground floor; stucco
dressings. Four storeys and basement (nos 1 to 2 with full attic storey, No 3
with mansard attic). Two windows each. Entrances to left hand side, that to No
1 in return; square headed entrances with flanking pilasters. Windows square
headed except to 1 and 2, which are round headed in round reveals. Continuous
cast iron bombé balcony to first floor. Windows mainly sashed, with glazing
bars. Cornice. Parapet. Area railings. Part of group with rest of Montpelier
Square.
