Building formerly known as Oakcroft now Tudor Cottage. C15 house. One storey with attics. Laterally divided with visible tusked floor beam outside. Timber-framed and plastered with a ridged and gabled roof, thatched. Single storeyed extension to north from west end with one red brick chimney. North front with a gabled dormer with paned casements, a filleted plank door in the return and one set of three casements.
