Early C18 red brick house, 2 storey and dormers. Coved eaves cornice. Sash windows
in wide frames, some glazing bars altered. Front to Upper Paul Street is 5 windows
with pedimented hood on brackets to doorway. Four-panel door. Projection at left
hand end has blind windows and small gable at eaves level. Angle at junction of
Gandy Street is rounded at ground floor level and corbelled out above. AM.
