1877-78 by T R Saunders. Late classical stucco frontispiece. 2 storeys, double
pilasters above ground floor piers; deep parapet over cornice. Pedimented centre
break with double Ionic columns ground floor, Composite on 1st floor, with niches
between. Archivolt arched pilastered windows in 3 bays. Large archivolt keyed
arched portal.
