Circa 1830-40 villa extended to east at slightly later date. 2 storeys stone rubble.
Low hipped slate roof, shallow overhanging eaves to original house which has 3
windows, glazing bar sashes in tooled ashlar rusticated surrounds; similar quoins.
Later French casements to ground floor. Trellis porch. Taller one window extension
to east with hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves, breaks forward slightly. 3
window east return, large sashes on ground floor.
