Commercial premises. 1908 by W. Flockhart. Cast stone faced,
slate roof. In a free French C18 style. 5 storeys. A single
broad bay. Ground floor has mid C20 plate glass shop front.
Above, the front is flanked by Ionic pilasters with a wide bay
window between them crowned by an iron balustrade. Elaborate
entablature and large framed attic windows.
