Terrace house with shop. Early C.20 rebuild. Brown brick with red brick
dressings, felted roof. Later C.18 style. 4 storeys and mid C.20
penthouse. 3 windows wide. Ground floor has neo-Georgian shop front with
small pane shop window. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes
under flat gauged arches. Plat bands. Parapet with coping. Included for
group interest in this street laid, out in the 1630s as part of the
Bedford Estate Covent Garden development.
