SO 51 NW WHITCHURCH CP -

5/192 Barn approximately 50 m
north of Greenway Farmhouse

GV II


Barn. C18. Sandstone rubble, Slate roof. Rectangular plan aligned
north-west/south-east. Seven bays with central threshing floor in
third bay from south-east end. Two rows of loop vents and two partially
blocked inserted openings to north-west of entrance. Symmetrical arrange-
ment of loops to gable ends with square owl holes in gables. Collar-and-
tie-beam trusses with inclined struts, low walls separate threshing floor
from remainder of barn now with raised floor level.
