Early C18 house with extensive re-used C16 materials. Timber framed and plastered.
Two storeys and cellar, red and black pantile roof. Three window range early
C18 double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. Simple door surround
with reeded pilasters. C18 red brick end chimney stacks. South chimney is
re-used C16 brick, L-shaped plan, with late C16 wing at rear. One storey and
attics, with modern casements. Internally some C16 framing remains. Good C18
detailing including simple staircase with moulded handrail and stick balusters.
