wide with narrow outer entrance bays, slightly recessed from broad centre
block. Doorways under flat wood hoods on brackets. Recessed margin glazed
sashes, tripartite in architraves on ground floor. lst floor sill band.
Overhanging eaves to low pitch hipped roof. Flanking corniced chimney stacks.
Similar villa type to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
