Circa 1800. Timber-framed building on red brick footings, Flemish-bonded.
Walls black weatherboarded, roof ridged and slate-clad with full hip at south
end and a fly-hip at the north. A jettied hoist-loft breaks the eaves-line
near the south end; with ground operated windlass and wheel in position.
