Detached house. Circa 1620 to western range; eastern range C19. Timber framed to original
block, stuccoed; steeply pitched, double pitched roof to eaves. Lobby entry plain
to western range with original stack surviving. 3 windows wide to west facade, with
small square headed windows, outer sashed, the inner a 2-light casement window.
C19/20 conservatory of timber and glass across ground floor. Substantial framing
survives to interior; the posts are unjowled and the roof is of the through purlin
type. There is a blocked original window on the first floor adjacent to.the central
window, retaining 3 diamond mullions.
