A particularly fine early C19 villa. 2 storeys and semi-basement stuccoed. Cornice,
parapet and pediment, over with segmental acroteria in the corners flanking it.
Iron balcony on the ground floor raised on square pillars with hood over supported
on octagonal columns, the centre of the balcony projecting with pediment over
it and steps with handrail leading down to the garden. 3 sashes with glazing bars
missing. 2 bay windows on the ground floor. Doorcase with segmentl fanlight.
On each side of the house is a stuccoed archway with pediment over and pilasters
on the outer sides surmounted by ball finials and with a round-headed doorcase
in each end. Good staircase.
