GV II

House in row. Cl8. Ham stone ashlar; plain clay tile roof with stone slate base courses between stepped coped gables;
brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Mullioned windows of 3 lights having beaded architraves; 4-panel
part-glazed door in beaded surround opening to centre bay. Attached to east gable a single-storey garage and workshop,
probably C19, under double Roman clay tile roof set lower, timber boarded garage doors with sidelight. Interior not
seen. Three metres south of house are railings on low stone walling, arrowheads to top and middle rails and cast
finials to standards, with returns to house; timber gate opposite door; all adding to setting of the house and The
Green.
