Mid-late C18 terrace of large proportions, each house four storeys and basement, three windows. Brown brick with red brick dressings and stone coped parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows, some retaining glazing bars. First floor windows of No.11 altered to long casements and an iron-railed balcony added, resting at right on Doric porch with fluted columns. Ground floor of No.11 faced with banded rusticated stucco, but otherwise basements only stuccoed. Six six-panel doors (No.10 half-glazed) in deep reveals (No.13 panelled). No. 11 has cornice head continuing to form impost blocks of narrow moulded architrave over fanlight: and prostyle Ionic porch with enriched frieze and cornice. Nos. 8 and 9 have Roman Doric doorcases with open pediments above fanlights: Nos 12 and 13 have open pedimented doorcases, the latter with mutules to cornice and pediment.

The Church of St Thomas forms a group with Nos 1 to 17 (consec).
