3-storey, 3-window early C19 house which may have some older part inside. Stock
brick with stone-coped parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with
glazing bars in stucco-lined reveals. Projecting, late C19 shops on ground floor.
Group value.

Nos 35 to 39 (consec) together with Nos 35A and 36A form a group with the forecourt
wall to the Unitarian Chapel.
