Coach house, now flats. Mid C19. Converted 1986. Brick with
slate gabled and tile lean-to roofs. Chamfered plinth.
Pilasters. Rebated eaves band. Single gable and 3 ridge stacks.
Single and 2 storeys, 5 bays. L-plan. All windows are C20
casements with segmental heads. South side has gabled wing to
right. To left, 2 pairs of doors with keystoned elliptical
heads. To their right, a casement and a door. West front has to
left a casement and a door. To their right, glazed opening with
elliptical head. Above, 3 casements. East side has 2 casements
flanked to left by 2 French windows and to right by adjoining
lean-to greenhouse by Morris & Jones. Above, 6 different
casements. North side has 3 casements. To their right, a door.
Above, 2 casements. Adjoining rendered brick garden wall, to
east, L-plan, 100 x 70M, has 2 doorways and flat stone coping.
to north, potting shed, 4 bays.
