Pair of houses. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. 3 storeys with raised centre, and
basement. 4 bays of which the centre 2 breakforward slightly. Steps to paired
porches with Tuscan columns with decorative stucco band, on panelled pedestals.
Modillion cornice. Panelled doors with fanlights in keyed openings. One storey
canted bay to left, 2 storey canted bay to right with sashes in banded surrounds
with scrolled ironwork. Bays surmounted by stucco shell motifs. Sill bands. To
1st floor, round-arched sashes with glazing bars and radial glazing in the heads,
in panelled pilaster surrounds with dentilled cornices. 2nd floor sashes in
architraves with cornices to centre, segmental pediments to outer bays, above
voluted cornice.
