Wall to former walled garden, C19 or earlier, partly red sandstone
squared rubble, partly local brown brick. Flush stone coping.
Basket-arched doorway of brick and stone surmounted by Jacobean
pediment. A small wrought iron pergola on north side of doorway of
pleasing design is probably by Lockwood.

Furnace house and ruinous greenhouses adjoining north wall of garden
are not included in the item.
