GV II

House: early C17 with early C19 and late C20 alterations. Partly
brick-nogged timber framing, partly washed brick. Thatched roof, no
chimney. L-shaped plan. 1-storey and attic, 5-bay front. This front
is in brick except for corner post, brace and,wall plate. Below are
four 2-light horizontal sliding-sashes with glazing bars and a near
central half-glazed door. Above are 2 C20 dormers swept over by the
thatch. Left gable end and the remainder of the house has some
restored. small framing with slightly S-shaped angle bracing. Queen
post truss in left end has toothed tiebeam.

Interior: considerably altered but with ceiling beams surviving.
