Wrackleford Cottages

GV II

Row of four cottages. Early-mid C18, with later brickwork. Rubble-stone
walls, rendered. Brick walling at upper right. Thatch roof, half-hipped at
left and right hand ends. 3 brick stacks at party walls on ridge, C19 and
renewed C20. 1½ storeys. 5 windows to ground floor. 10 eyebrow dormers
over. 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars, C19 and C20 renewals, wooden
lintels over and wooden cills. Front doors, 4, plank with wooden framing.
Plank wooden porches to nos. 1 and 2. Outhouses at right hand gable end are
not of special interest.
