Administration block, comprising offices and laboratory. C 1912. 1 storey,
7 bays. Concrete block with flint rubble facing. Hipped asbestos roof. Mullion
and transom windows. Boarded door. Founded by Sir Norman Lockyer for "astronomical
observations and investigations and the promotion of astronomical study or other
allied subject.
