House. Early C18. Lias ashlar and squared coursed lias with a slate roof laid to
diminishing courses. Originally probably T-shape plan, now H-shape. 2 storeys
with attic. Main front of 5-window range of 4-light casements with wood mullions
and transoms, leaded lights and moulded stone surrounds. Central window has
arch-head glazing bars, and pediment over, originally probably a door opening.
Moulded stone string course between floors. Rusticated quoins. Dentilled wood
cornice. Ashlar gable parapet and large ashlar stacks with moulded cornices at
ends. Rear wings in similar style of squared coursed lias, part probably C19,
have C19 doors. Interior not inspected but noted as having C18 style staircase
with turned balusters. Some windows have panelled reveals. Extended C20.
