House, now newspaper office. Mid C19 wih late C20 alterations.
Brick with stucco dressings and concrete tile roof. First and
second floor bands, dentillated eaves, single gable stack. 3
storeys; 3 window range of plain sashes, the central one
blank. Above, central blank flanked to left by C20 2-light
casement and to right by an imitation sash. All these windows
have splayed lintels with keystones. Below, off-centre glazed
door flanked by single plate glass windows, the right one
larger, all under plastic fascia.
