Late C18 to early to mid C19. 2 storeys and attic. 3 window bays. Gabled roof.
1 modern dormer to left hand. Colourwashed rendered front. Sash windows 4 panes
wide; windows at left hand end in reveals. 6 steps flanked by plain railings
lead up to door. Gabled wood trellis porch. Railings bounding garden have uprights
with spear-headed finials; circular standards with urn finials.

Undercliff, Theos Cottage, Nos 6 & 7 and Westfield together with all the listed
buildings in Cobb Terrace form a group.
