Higher block to north-east comprising No 1 and part of No 2: C19. 3 storeys.
2 window bays. Peaked slate roof. Overhanging eaves. Stuccoed front. Sash
windows 4 panes wide in reveals. Porch with early C19 trellis supports surmounted
by corrugated iron canopy; modern glazed door. To left hand, lower 2-storey
2 window block with steep corrugated iron roof; 2-light casement to left hand
below and 3-light casements above and below to right hand. Garden front to higher
block has 3-light casements with small wood panes.

Nos 1 and 2 Jordan House and garden walls form a group.
