Said to be circa 1780, with extension east, 2 storey, 5 recessed sash windows with glazing bars, and slightly cambered heads. Eaves cornice with shaped brackets. Slate roof. Brick, limewashed. Floor band. Front with pilasters, and slight projection at entrance with 6-panel door, "umbrella" pattern fanlight and panelled reveals. Wood Doric porch with slender columns. Interior: wood mantel with fluted Doric columns. House said to be of the same brick as Holkham Hall.
