Early c18 or C17, flint and brick. Pantile roof of steep pitch, 2 gabled dormers. 2 storey and attics. Formerly an inn 1st floor band. 5 flush frame sash windows, with glazing bars, at 1st floor. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Plinth. Flank pilasters. 2 storey, 1 window wing, left. Interior: considerably modernised. Illustrated in "Wells-next-the-Sea" by A W Purchas.
