attached barn

House and Barn. Mid C17. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys.
3-room plan with gable entry. All are double chamfered mullioned windows to
ground floor, chamfered mullioned to 1st floor. All have some mullions removed.
Reads: 4-light window, with same over. 4-light window with same over. 2-light
fire window, with same over. Altered window with mid C20 chamfered surround
with same over. Right hand return wall has extruded stack with offsets, and
single storey gabled porch with copings and kneelers with basket arched lintel.
Inner doorway has similar lintel. Coped gable with outshut to rear under cat-
slide roof. 2 stacks to ridge. Attached to left-hand end is barn which breaks
forward. Coped gable with crocketed finial.
