Early C19, white brick, pantile roof, hipped. 3 sash windows at 1st floor, glazing bars and stuccoed flat arches. Wide eaves soffit with plain
brackets. 6-panel door with wood case with panelled reveals and fluted pilasters and flat cornice hood.

All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West side) forma a group and also with Yew Tree House adjoining.
