Probably Cl8, flint, with brick dressings including some tumbling at gable. L-shaped plan. Toothed eaves band. 1st floor band. Pantiles. 2 storey,
2 flush-frame sash windows, at 1st floor, now with centre glazing bars only.
Ground floor, 2 sash windows and entrance with wood case with scroll consoles. Plinth.
