1835 FE date and initials on stone tablet at 1st floor, red brick, 2 storey, stucco 1st floor band and plinth. Pantile roof, eaves board. 2 windows, at each floor, with glazing bars, and stuccoed flat arches. 6-panel door with wood case with pilasters.

Nos 52 and 56, Chadd House, No 60 and Nos.64-74 (even) form a group.
