House in dual occupation, late C18 or early C19. Hammer dressed stone, ashlar dressings, slate roof. Three storeys. Rusticated quoins, eaves cornice. Three bay front, the right hand bay of which breaks forward under hipped roof. First two bays have windows with plain stone surrounds. Second bay has doorway with architrave, consoles and cornice. Third bay has semi-octagonal projection with window in each of its three sides. All retaining small paned glazing but with upper casements. Left hand return wall has identical bay under hipped roof. Three stacks.
