9/86 barn forming Ryburne Farm

GV II

Group of cottages and attached barn. Early C19 to mid C19. Now form museum.
Hammer dressed stone, rendered to No 6, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Complex
group with differing roof lines with segmental archway with room over connecting
No 6 to No 4 which has quoins, doorway with tie-stone jambs and sashed windows
with tie-stone. 2 stacks. Rear is connected at right angles to No 2 Old Bank
(q.v.). Barn has altered cart entry and rectangular ventilators.
