Milestone. Late C18. White-painted stone, about metre high and triangular
in plan, with horizontal square indent on top and incised O.S. bench mark.
Roman letter WA and number 9 incised on north face, and C and number 21 on
south face, painted black. South face partly obscured by earth. Distances
are to West Auckland and Corbridge.
