Circa 1830-40 stucco faced villa. Each front has narrow central recessed bay flanked
by breaks with deep eaved pediment gables. Plain frieze band below flat eaves. Flat
band. The window in breaks are set in shallow recesses, tripartite glazing bar sashes
with delicate authemion pattern iron balconies. Central first floor round-headed
French window giving onto balcony above doorway. The south elevation has 3 windows,
sashes in reveals, glazing bars intact, screened by a 2-storey trellis verandah.
Early C20 wing added to west. Interior retains semi-circular staircase and stair well,
open string staircase with wreathed handrail.
