Small house. Probably C17 or earlier, re-modelled C18 and extended early C19.
Limestone rubble and brick; old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. 3-unit
plan with added rear wing. One storey plus attic. Middle and left bays of
3-window front are in rubble; right bay and rear wall are in brick of various
dates; flanking 3-light windows and 3 gabled roof dormers contain C20 casements.
Fire insurance plaque is affixed below eaves. Walls incorporate numerous beam
ends and plates, and were probably originally timber framed. Brick rear wing
returns on left. Interior not inspected.
