House. Early/mid C18. Coursed squared limestone and coursed rubble with some
ashlar dressings; Stonesfieid-slate roof with brick stacks. 3-unit plan. 2
storeys plus attic. 3 bays to right of 4-window front have a symmetrical
arrangement with a central 6-panel door below a 2-light casement and 3-light
casements in the outer bays, at ground floor now with one C20 casement and one
C19 sash window. Bay to left, in rubble, of a different build, has a small
2-light casement above a large small-pane window, and has a doorway. adjoining
the larger section, with a rectangular overlight. All openings have ashlar flat
arches. Roof has 3 gabled roof dormers and stacks to both gables and to left of
centre. Rear has 2 small outshuts, one with a small blocked chamfered-stone
window. Interior not inspected.
