Circa 1830 pair of villas, of symmetrical design having simple Greek ornament.
Two-storeys, with attic and basement; 3.3 windows, set back ground floor entrances.
Hipped slate roof, with mansard containing dormers. Massive but simple entablature
with end and centre pavilions above wide pilasters resting on first floor coupled
bands, bold plinth. Recessed panels at first floor levels, also above side porches
which have pilasters supporting simple entablatures. Sashes in reveals, with shutters
to first floor.
