Original mid-Victorian red brick wall with ashlar cappings. Paired gatepiers to
garden entrances with gabled tops, attached railings now missing. The wall is
returned at the ends to join the sides of the terrace. Much altered but included
as part of a group with the terrace.

All the listed buildings in Park Street (except St Paul's House form a group together
with Nos 2 to 18 (even) Wellington Road.
